Assess
Floors Etc. will meet with you at your home to provide full and custom evaluation of your floors. This will include letting you know of any problem areas, types of hardwoods you have, and if they can be waxed
NOTE: Some Hardwoods have a polyurethane finish and can’t be waxed – if this is your case, we offer Clean and Spray Buff services for hardwood floors with a polyurethane finish.
Clean
A general cleaning will be applied to lift surface dirt and dust to help prepare your hardwood floor for waxing — to get maximum cleaning and shine, this step is a must!
Wax
Our floor wax is a highly effective product applied with an applicator pad thoroughly with our high-speed buffers for maximum penetration.
Cure
A 15-minute dwell time is needed for floor curing and hazing. This step will greatly enhance the longevity of your hardwood floors by protecting them and improving the quality of future cleanings.
Buff
Floors are then buffed again with soft pads to a glowing shine, restoring that warm look and elegant feel to your home’s hardwood floors once again!

Floors Etc. highly recommends establishing and maintaining a regular clean and wax schedule for your hardwood floors. We recommend cleaning and waxing as needed (once or twice a year) – especially in high traffic areas.
