If you have a few small pieces you need help with we can assist you for a minimal charge. That said, our specialty is floors, not moving. If you need, we can provide you with the name and number of a professional moving company our clients have been happy with. They’ll do a great job of carefully removing your furniture prior to our arrival and then carefully replace it once the finish is dry.

As you shop for new floors, you will probably have multiple project estimates to consider. Even if you choose not to work with us, we want to help make sure your project has the best results! Here are three ways you can compare estimates:
  1. The 10% Rule. If your lowest quote is more than 10% percent cheaper than the most expensive quote, they are probably cutting corners. There should rarely be more than a 10% difference between each quote.
  2. Installation Process. To protect your warranty, ask if your installer is following a manufacturer-approved method. This way, if you ever need to make a warranty claim, you won’t have a conflict.
  3. Online Reviews. Companies should always respond to feedback from customers online. If you notice an installer is ignoring negative feedback, they may not be the best fit. Multiple low ratings under can also be a red flag.

We take great satisfaction in providing solid proposals up front – changing only if directed by our client (through a written and client signed Change Order).
  • Our flooring project estimates include both material costs and installation costs. This way, we can ensure your quote includes a manufacturer-approved installation process which protects your warranty.
  • Unless otherwise indicated, our proposals also include State and Local Sales Tax.

The entire consultation process takes about an hour and provides all the information you need to choose the best partner for your flooring installation project — from product selection to space assessment / measurement to a timeline estimate.

Our design consultations streamline the flooring installation process. We can meet with you at your home or business (e.g.: project site) or at our showroom. We will help you choose the perfect flooring solution for you, talk to you about timelines and scheduling, and answer any questions.
In order to ensure proper measurement, an On-Site Consultation at some point is strongly recommended – we cannot base installations off others’ measurements with the exception of blueprints, etc.
