When comparing flooring estimates, consider these three factors:
- The 10% Rule – If the lowest quote is more than 10% cheaper than the most expensive, corners are likely to be cut. Reputable contractors’ quotes typically fall within 10% of each other.
- Installation Process – Verify that installers follow manufacturer-approved methods to protect your warranty coverage.

Do you handle furniture moving during installation?
We can assist with moving a few small pieces of furniture for a minimal per square foot charge. For larger projects, we recommend working with professional moving companies that can properly remove and replace furniture before and after the installation.
What's included in your flooring estimates?
We ensure that our installation methods are manufacturer-approved, which protects warranty coverage. Unless otherwise indicated, our proposals also include all applicable State and Local Sales Tax.
How long does a design consultation take?
What happens during your design consultation?
To provide an accurate bid price, we measure the space. We cannot base installations on measurements from others. If blueprints are provided, we verify those measurements after proposal acceptance.
Do you work with commercial clients?
We understand commercial project requirements, including scheduling around business operations and meeting specific building code requirements.
