"A couple of months ago, Floors Etc. repaired my hardwood floors and I couldn't have been more pleased. Everything was totally professional and efficient from the moment your representative visited (right on time) to discuss my damaged floors and the remedies, through the appointment scheduling of your repair technicians to come out, and, finally, the visit and work itself by two of your men.
The men were courteous and knowledgeable and did a very nice job. Initially, I had feared that a company might do a poor job of the repair, and that the flaw in the flooring in my hallway would ultimately have a negative impact on our home's resale prospects. After all, the entry hallway is the first area anyone sees. However, after the visit by your representative, I felt confident your company would do the job properly, And, as I found out to my relief, the repair is essentially invisible.
I did check with another company, by the way, and found the job bids were almost the same. In the end, I favored the professionalism and knowledge of your representative, a vice president, I think. So that tipped the scales.
