How do I check carpet quality?
The denser the pile, the better the quality. To check density, bend a corner of the carpet and see how much backing shows – less backing visible indicates higher density and durability.
How should I clean my carpet?
Longer and/or loose piles can get caught in the rotating beater bar of your vacuum cleaner. We recommend using a vacuum without a beater bar or turning it off during use.

How is carpet constructed?

What are the potential drawbacks of carpet?
Carpet requires relatively high maintenance compared to hard surfaces. It doesn’t last as long as hard surfaces, and some carpets can soil easily.
