Whether you are installing a new Custom finished floor or refinishing an existing floor, this can be a very dusty experience unless a dust containment systems is used. Fortunately we have invested in dust containment equipment. This will not eliminate dust but will cut down considerably. Many of your clients feel it is well worth the extra cost.

Job site sanding and finishing can take several days to over a week depending on the square footage, stain color, and number of coats of top finish. This process needs to be done after all other trades have completed their work, allowing enough time to complete the job so finishes can cure properly.

Maintaining the finish is very important in providing a long life for your hardwood floor products. The cost of this process varies around the country, but on the average can range from $2-$4 per sq. ft., which includes a three course sanding and two coats of finish, with additional cost for prep (carpet or existing floor removal and leveling of sub-floor), moldings and more expensive finishes.
